Each tier corresponds to a band of annual purchase volume. The price for each is shown inside your account.

The rules, one by one

Tiers by annual volume

There are four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Your tier is set by the licenses you buy within your annual contract period, and each tier has its own price. You start at Bronze when you register.

Immediate upgrade

When your purchases in the period reach the next tier, you move up at that moment and the better price applies to every order from then on. The tier never drops in the middle of a period.

Annual review

At the end of each annual period the tier is re-evaluated from what you actually bought that year. It can stay, rise or fall. The result applies from the renewal onwards, never retroactively, and you are notified in advance.

Twelve-month price protection

The price in your contract is kept for the whole annual period. Any change at renewal is notified before it applies.

Top-ups at your tier price

Every order within the period is billed at your tier price, however small, subject only to the minimum order size stated in your contract. A fifty-license top-up costs the same per license as a large order.

Wallet and assignment

Licenses you buy are credited to your wallet. You create a client on its platform (Healthcare, Education, Research, Sports or Individuals for B2C), invite it by email and transfer licenses. They leave the wallet when the client accepts. You see purchased, available, assigned and consumed at all times.

Payment by card or transfer

Card payments go through FastSpring and credit the wallet when confirmed. Bank transfers are confirmed by the team when the funds arrive. Each paid order generates its invoice.

API

Clients, invitations and license assignments are also available through a REST API with per-reseller keys, so you can provision from your own software.

Your price, your margin

You set the sale price for each client. The Hub shows your cost, your price and your margin before you confirm a sale, and CogniFit does not impose a minimum resale price.
