Questions distributors ask before signing up
Short answers on pricing, commitments, support, delivery, data and contract. If yours is not here, write to the team.
01How is the reseller price set?
Your price depends on your tier: Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum. The tier is earned by the volume of licenses you buy within your annual contract period, not by the size of each order. Buying more moves you up immediately, and the tier is reviewed once a year at renewal. The exact price for each tier is shown on the Pricing page inside your account.
02Why is the wholesale price not published?
The price is a commercial condition between CogniFit and each reseller, and it changes by tier and currency. It is visible as soon as you register, which is free and carries no purchase commitment. You can see it, compare it with your sale price and decide whether to buy.
03Is there a minimum purchase or a commitment?
No. Registering commits you to nothing and you buy licenses when you have a client for them. Volume tiers are how you improve your price, not a condition to join. Small top-ups are billed at your current tier price, subject only to the minimum order size stated in your contract.
04Who supports the end client, and who supports the professionals?
You are the commercial contact for your clients: pricing, invoicing, licenses and renewals. CogniFit supports the professionals and individual users who use the platform through its own help center and support channels, in the platform languages. The reseller team at CogniFit supports you on the Hub, your orders and your contract.
05How are licenses delivered and assigned?
Every license you buy is credited to your wallet in the Hub. You create a client, invite the professional by email, and transfer the licenses you want. They leave your wallet only when the client accepts the invitation, so nothing is stranded. From then on you see what each client has used and what is still available.
06Which CogniFit platforms can I sell?
Five, from the same account: Healthcare for clinics and therapists, Education for schools and universities, Research for study cohorts, Sports for clubs and coaches, and Individuals for consumers with a personal CogniFit account (B2C). You choose the platform when you create each client and it cannot be changed later. If a contact needs two platforms, you create one client for each.
07Can I sell to individual users (B2C)?
Yes. An individual client is one person with a personal CogniFit account, with no professional in between. Each license you transfer adds one month of premium access, with training and assessments, and the person follows their own results. If you revoke, the unused full months return to your wallet and the month already started stays with the user. It suits retailers, insurers, benefit programs and subscription services, and the API lets you deliver it at scale.
08What languages is the product available in?
The CogniFit platform is available in more than twenty languages, including English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Russian and Arabic. The Resellers Hub, where you manage your business, is available in seven: English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian and Simplified Chinese.
09How is personal data protected?
Professionals, their users and individual users work directly on the CogniFit platform under the CogniFit privacy policy, which describes its GDPR and HIPAA compliance. As a reseller you never handle cognitive results or health data: the Hub only stores your clients' business contact details and license activity. Your clients keep full ownership of their users' data.
10Is CogniFit a medical device?
No. CogniFit is cognitive assessment and training software. It does not diagnose, treat or replace professional care. Professionals use it as one more tool within their own practice and judgement, and that is how it should be presented to your clients.
11What contract or conditions do I accept?
When you register you accept the Hub terms and conditions and the privacy policy, both published on this site. Your reseller contract, with tier, price, currency and annual period, is visible in your account from the first day. Prices are protected for twelve months and any change at renewal is notified in advance.
12How do I pay?
By card through FastSpring, with the wallet credited as soon as the payment is confirmed, or by bank transfer, which the team confirms when the funds arrive. The invoice is generated automatically for each paid order and is available in your account.
13How do I set my sale price and margin?
Freely. You decide the price for each client and the Hub shows your cost, your sale price and your margin before you confirm a sale. CogniFit does not impose a minimum resale price.
14Is there an API?
Yes. A REST API with per-reseller keys lets you create clients, send invitations and assign or revoke licenses from your own software. The interactive OpenAPI documentation is public, and you generate your keys from your profile once registered.
15What happens if I buy less next year?
Your tier is re-evaluated once a year, at the end of your contract period, based on what you bought that year. If the volume is lower you may move down a tier, and the new price applies from renewal onwards, never retroactively. You are notified before any change.
CogniFit is cognitive assessment and training software. It is not a medical device and it does not diagnose or treat any condition.
